Helpful features

Here’s a few other quick helpful features before you get into the really cool stuff.

Rearranging your team order

Construction is a linear process.  We recognize that certain people or trades may be important at different times of your project.  It’s easy to rearrange your team so the most pertinent people appear at the top of your list.

  1. Open a project that you own or manage
  2. Tap on the ‘view teams’ icon at the top right of your screen (Cluster of 3 people)
  3. Tap and hold on a project member and drag to the position you want.

  2. Click the ‘Edit Bar’ icon right above the orange ‘invite’ button
  3. Either drag and drop or use the arrows to move your team around
  4. Click ‘Done’

Jump from page to page or project to project (Web only)

You can go from page to page or project to project  without needing to go ‘Home’ first

  1. Log in and enter into one of your projects
  2. On the top right side, just to the right of the ‘Show History’ click the upside down arrow next to your project name. A list of all projects will show and you can jump directly to anyone. 
  3. When viewing a plan page, click the upside down arrow next to your page name to display all your pages, OR click the ‘Next’ or ‘Previous’ buttons to jump one page.
