Filtering pins

You can use filters to view pins in several different ways. You can view a single persons pins, or view pins based on the state they are in.

Viewing a select individuals pins

  1. Open a buildster project that you own or manage
  2. Tap the ‘View Teams’ icon on the top right (The icon with a cluster of 3 people)
  3. Tap the orange ‘View Pins’ icon on any of your teams list cards. (Note, Each card gives you a read out of how many pins an individual has)
  4. After you select ‘view pins’ of a project member, you will see an orange banner across the top of your screen with the individuals name
  5. Navigate from page to page and you will see that persons pins
  6. To exit, tap the back arrow on the top left of your screen until you return to your teams list
  1. Open Buildster project that you own or manage
  2. In the horizontal ‘project members list’ at the top, you will see that each avatar displays the number of pins each individual has
  3. Tap any avatar and you will enter into a filter that displays the selected members pins. A small banner showing the project member will appear under the members list  
  4. Navigate around plan pages and you will stay in this filter mode 
  5. Click the small X on the members banner to exit

Filtering based on pin state

You can filter pins that are Archived, new, Completed for approval or rejected.

  1. Open Buildster and select a project
  2. Tap the ‘3 dots’ icon on the top right
  3. Select the desired filter 
  4. Navigate around and you will stay in the filter mode
  5. Tap the orange ‘Close filter’ text on the top of your screen to exit the filter
  1. Open Buildster and select a project
  2. Click the ‘History’ check box on the top right of your screen to enter into history mode
  3. Click the small upside down triangle directly below the history option to select a filter
  4. To exit ‘History mode’ click the selection box to deselect
  5. To exit a ‘filter’ click the red X in the circle next to the red text of the filter directly under the ‘History’ check box
